The Battle of The Tribes – Winter Camp

Location: Sakkara Country Club, Giza

Age groups: 9 – 17 years

Camp Description:

Upon arrival, campers are sorted into fierce and loyal Tribes. Their foremost mission is the pursuit and collection of Tokens. Every morning, Tribes face off in epic big challenges, complex puzzles, and strategic contests demanding creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork.

Camp Activities:

• Spliting into Tribes (with colored headbands and Tribe names)
• Creating Tribal Idols (The Symbol that Unites the Tribe)
• Color Fight
• Tie Dye Tribal Team Shirts
• Daily Tribal Council
• Football Matches
• Karaoke Night
• Blinded Survivors Challenge (obstacle course and puzzle challenge)
• Trivia Roulette (trivia with water, flour, and shaving cream punishment)
• Jeopardy Night
• Movie Under the Stars
• Idol Hunt Mission = Capture the Flag (including camouflage face paint, chants, makeshift home base, disguise the idol)
• Special Themed Party
• Twin Sports Challenge

Camp Philosophy & Learning Outcomes:

• Morning Competition, Evening Unity: While the mornings are dedicated to intense, spirited competition between the Tribes, every night, they gather all together as one team for evening celebrations, campfires, games, and fun. This teaches campers that they can compete hard and still celebrate together.
• Skill Development: This camp is a masterclass in healthy competition, showing campers how to strive for excellence without tearing others down. Campers will develop critical leadership skills, communication skills, learn the art of compromise and collaboration, and understand that true strength lies in a unified front.

Camp Fees:

• Early Bird Fees: 6,850 EGP (Valid Till 10 December)
• Regular Fees: 7,850 EGP (Starting 11 December)
• Siblings discount: 5% discount starting 2nd child

Fees Include:

• Full board accommodation at Sakkara Country Club Resort in Triple Rooms.
• All the activities & visits mentioned above
• Blooms leaders accompany the group to ensure their safety, wellbeing & to facilitate the camp program

Booking Terms & Conditions:

Cancellations & Refunds:

You shall be entitled to cancel the Booking subject to You providing Blooms Egypt with a written request sent to camp@bloomsegypt.com.

Cancellation Fees Policy:

• A cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the value of the booked program will be charged should you place your cancellation request more than 21 days prior to the starting date of your booked program.
• A cancellation fee amounting to 100% of the value of the booked program will be charged should you place your cancellation request within 21 days prior to the starting date of your booked program.

The Cancellation Fees Policy shall be calculated based on the date of receiving your cancellation request in our email inbox.
The above cancellation & refunds policy shall apply under any circumstances (including force majeure).

Changes Requests:
Any requests to make changes related to booking date must be sent by e-mail to camp@bloomsegypt.com for review & approval. Please note that no changes to bookings will be accepted within a period of 3 days or less prior to the start date of any booked program under any circumstances (including force majeure).

Disclaimer:

• Behavior Policy: Blooms Egypt retains the right to cancel any booking if inappropriate behavior is observed or reported about any camper. Cancellation fees policy shall apply.
• Blooms Egypt retains the right to cancel any booking if it deems the camp unsuitable for your child for any reason. Cancellation fees policy shall apply.
