Camp Fees:

• Super early bird (until May 15) 10595 EGP
• Early bird (starting May 16) 11550 EGP
• Regular (starting  June 8)  12200 EGP
  Siblings discount: 5% discount starting 2nd child

Fees Includes:
Full board accommodation at El Camp (Gouna camp site)
Accommodation in quad bungalows & camping tents
Bus transfers from Cairo to camp & back
All the activities & visits mentioned above under the camp program
Blooms leaders accompany the group to ensure their safety, wellbeing & to facilitate the camp program

Cancellations & Refunds:

For Overnight Camps:
You shall be entitled to cancel the Booking subject to You providing Blooms Egypt with written notice sent to camp@bloomsegypt.com and paying the following charges:
Period (prior to start date of booked program)         Amount charged / camper

99 – 60 days                                                                                         50 %
59 – 31 days                                                                                          80 %
30 – 1 days                                                                                            100 %
On or after the start date of the booked program                   100 %

Changes Requests
All requests to make changes related to any bookings must be sent for review & approval to camp@bloomsegypt.com . Please note that no changes to bookings will be accepted within a period of 10 days or less prior to the start date of any booked program. 

Disclaimer: Our camp welcomes children of ages 4 to 17 and we treat all our campers as one big group, we do not guarantee a certain number of children in each age group, if you wish to cancel due to the number of children in your child’s age group, the cancelations & refunds policy mentioned above will be applied.

Attendance Policy:
We value your commitment to the program so please make sure your child attends their booked program. If for any reason your child is absent please note that fees will not be deducted/refunded nor can they be transferred to later weeks.
