Champions Mindset Ft. Habiba Marzouk

In partnership with the Athlete champions, we bring to you the first mental development camp for youth sports athletes in Egypt. We will be mentoring and training campers on mental techniques and character attitudes needed in today's game. We believe that positive reinforcement is key to building great players in all sports, and this is why each camp features an accomplished athlete from different sports.

Habiba Marzouk

Gymnastics Champion

Habiba Marzouk, affectionately nicknamed the "Golden Butterfly," is a celebrated former Egyptian rhythmic gymnast who established herself as one of Africa's most dominant forces in the sport. Representing Wadi Degla SC and the Egyptian national team, Marzouk achieved a historic clean sweep at the 2020 African Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships, capturing six out of six available gold medals (including the individual all-around) to secure her qualification for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games. A powerhouse on the continental stage, she won multiple individual and team all-around titles at the African Championships in 2018, 2020, and 2023, while regularly representing Egypt at the World Championships. Known for utilizing her routines to celebrate her heritage—such as her viral Pharaonic-inspired performance at a major international showcase in Spain—Marzouk retired from competitive gymnastics in late 2024, leaving a lasting legacy as a pioneer for African gymnastics.
